Hiring

Work that still has your name on it

We hire lawyers who can write a clear paragraph and sit with a transaction graph, rather than handing both jobs to someone else.

The firm is small. You will know the clients, and the clients will know you. We do not run a rotation through a practice you did not join. Investigations associates trace. Regulatory associates read the rule. Transactions counsel close.

We look for people who have already been responsible for a work product someone else signed — a brief, a comment letter, a deal document — and who can explain a digital-asset fact without performing enthusiasm.
