Forensics & asset tracing

Blockchain Investigations

We follow stolen, hidden, or disputed crypto across blockchains and explain what a court or a regulator can rely on.

What we investigate

Crypto moves quickly, but it rarely vanishes. A theft, a fraud, or an exploit usually leaves a public record. We read that record, and the facts around it, so you can decide whether to try to recover the assets, defend a claim, or answer a regulator.

Funds, exchanges, protocol teams, bankruptcy estates, and individuals hire us after hacks, insider transfers, phishing, investment fraud, and disputed treasury movements. We also help companies understand what their own wallets did.

How the work proceeds

We usually start with a short brief: what left which address, when, and what you already know about the other side. We then map the path across chains and exchanges, separate leftover change from the stolen funds, and find the places where the assets touched a regulated company.

A trace is only useful if you can act on it. We prepare a timeline, say how confident we are about each address, and recommend whether to ask an exchange to freeze funds, seek disclosure, or file in a particular court. If the next step is a lawsuit or a report to law enforcement, the file is built so those lawyers can rely on it.

We do not promise that stolen assets will come back. Some trails end at a mixer, an exchange that will not cooperate, or an empty wallet. You get a clear account of what can be shown, what cannot, and what it will cost to go further.
