Banks, funds, and corporates

Cross-Border & Institutional

Advice for banks, funds, and companies entering digital assets: custody, trading venues, acquisitions, joint ventures, and launches in more than one country.

Institutional constraints are the point

A product that works for a startup may be closed to a bank. How assets are held, how vendors are checked, how capital is counted, and who the customer is all change the structure. We design around those limits instead of hoping a regulator will ignore them.

We act for asset managers launching tokenized funds, for companies holding digital assets on the balance sheet, and for investors buying stakes in infrastructure companies.

More than one legal system

The same transfer can be a commodity in one country, a security in another, and a payment service in a third. We lead the U.S. advice, work with English-law counsel where that law applies, and use local firms where a license has to be local. You get one explanation, not a pile of disconnected memos.
