Rights, brands, and marketplaces

NFTs & Intellectual Property

Rights and licensing for NFTs and digital collectibles, including brand deals and enforcement when someone misuses a work.

Say what the buyer receives

Most NFT disputes start as drafting problems. Buyers were told they “owned the art.” The license said something else. A marketplace kept showing the file after the creator objected. We write the license, the commercial terms, and the public description so they describe the same deal.

For brands, we review a collaboration before it launches: who controls the smart contract, what happens to royalties, and how the brand gets out if the partner disappears.

Enforcement

We go after infringing collections, lookalike names, and marketplaces that leave a listing up after notice. We also defend creators and platforms when a claim goes too far — especially if the work is a fair use, already licensed, or simply not theirs.
