Form follows the asset
Putting a token on a public blockchain does not change what you sold. A loan is still a loan. A share is still a share. What changes is how ownership is recorded, how transfers can be limited, and which companies sit in the middle.
We structure deals for companies and asset managers who want settlement on a blockchain without pretending the securities laws do not apply. If an asset is genuinely not a security, we write down why — and we tell you which later changes would reopen the question.
Real-world assets
These projects fail when the token and the legal claim come apart: the token moves, but the bond or the building does not, or other creditors get paid before token holders. We build it the other way — the legal claim first, then the controls, then the token.
That includes the subscription documents, custody of the underlying asset, who checks that the asset is really there, and what happens in a default or if the blockchain splits.
